Returns
You may return eligible products within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned.
- Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse.
- Items with missing parts or accessories.
- Products marked as non-returnable or final sale.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange Policy
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
